1. Scope

This agreement covers a request to list a vehicle for display or auction. The request is a preliminary listing step, not a final sale contract.

2. Your declarations

As owner, delegate or agent you declare that:

• The data and photos (including the required front photo, make/model, type and minimum price) reflect the vehicle’s true condition.
• You have the legal right to submit as OWNER, DELEGATED or AGENT.
• A non-owner attaches valid authorization documents.

3. Review and listing

After send, admin may approve, reject or request changes.

Material admin edits (mileage, sale price or sale type) take effect only with your consent.

Approval is not an automatic live listing. Listing is scheduled by the operator.

4. Fees

On submission (currently advertised): SAR 100 + 15% VAT = SAR 115 operating fee. During beta it may be collected via wallet or administratively. If charged, it is non-refundable whether the request is accepted, rejected or sent back for edits.

On completed sale: platform service fee at the rate then in force (currently advertised: 2.5% plus 15% VAT on the service fee). Rates may change.

Bidder deposits are separate and follow `bidding`.

5. After the hammer

Payment and title-transfer windows are set on the auction card and in `bidding` (currently advertised defaults: 48 hours to pay, 7 days to transfer). During beta they may be enforced administratively rather than by automatic jobs.

6. Disclaimer

The platform is a technical intermediary. It does not automatically check government ownership or violation records. The vehicle is offered “as is” based on your description.
