1. Introduction

This policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal data when you use the app and website.

2. What we collect

• Account: mobile number for OTP, and a device id for the session.
• Profile (optional): name, email, city as text — not GPS coordinates.
• Media and documents: vehicle or plate photos and ownership/authorization files uploaded with requests.
• Financial: wallet balance, IBAN and bank name on withdrawal, top-up receipts.
• Support: ticket category and correspondence.
• Legal consent: agreement type, version and hash of the accepted text.
• Notification preferences: channels linked to your account.

3. Device and permissions

Auth tokens, biometrics and PIN are handled on your device and are not sent to our servers.

We need network and photo/camera access for uploads. An FCM token is linked to your account for push notifications.

We do not currently use your geographic location. A microphone permission, if shown, is for media playback, not recording you.

4. Third parties

Only as needed:

• WhatsApp / messaging provider: OTP and system messages
• Firebase Cloud Messaging: app notifications
• Payment providers when enabled

We do not sell your data.

5. Admin access

Authorized staff may view accounts, requests, documents, wallets and support chats to review listings, prevent fraud and operate the service.

6. Your rights

You may request access or correction via support. Account deletion or export is not a self-serve button during beta; request it via support, subject to PDPL and legal exceptions (active auction, financial obligation, statutory retention).

7. Retention

We keep data while the account is active and as operation and compliance require.

8. Related documents

This policy is separate from the terms of use and process agreements. Beta changes are published as a new version.
