1. Acceptance and scope

These terms govern the Aljawal mobile app, aljawal.me, and official related channels. Use means you have read and agree to them.

This is a general framework. Process agreements are separate and accepted at the relevant action:

• Vehicle listing: `vehicle-submission`
• Plate listing: `plate-submission`
• Bidding: `bidding`
• Shor sale: `shor-sale`
• Privacy: `privacy-policy`

If you disagree, stop using the service.

2. The service

The platform is a technical intermediary for vehicle and distinctive-plate auctions in Saudi Arabia, with a digital wallet and live audio in the app. Actual bidding is in the app. The website is for browsing and for registered client access.

The platform does not own listed assets and does not guarantee any deal will complete.

3. Eligibility

• At least 18 years old
• Saudi national or lawful resident
• Valid national ID or iqama
• Registration with a mobile number that is yours

4. Account and security

Sign-in is by mobile number and OTP. Repeated failures trigger progressive lockouts.

One active session per account; a new device ends the previous session.

You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not share OTP codes.

The operator may suspend or terminate accounts for breach.

During beta, website login is limited to numbers already registered as clients. New registration is through the app.

5. Wallet

Top-ups are in Saudi riyals by bank transfer after finance review. Advertised amounts may change.

Withdrawals need admin review and are not instant. The currently advertised minimum is SAR 500, processed on business days.

Insufficient balance blocks related bids. Balances may be frozen if fraud is suspected.

6. Listing assets

Vehicle and plate requests go through admin review (approve, reject, or request changes). Details are in `vehicle-submission` and `plate-submission`. Each submission is a separate acceptance.

7. Bidding

Live auctions follow `bidding` and the auction card for that lot. Shor-type lots also follow `shor-sale`.

8. Acceptable use

Fraud, collusion, manipulating results, automated scraping, IP infringement, and abuse of support or verification systems are prohibited.

9. Privacy

Personal data is processed under `privacy-policy` and the Saudi PDPL.

10. Support and account

Support is in the app. Account deletion or data export is not a self-serve button during beta; request it via support, subject to legal exceptions.

11. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, accuracy of seller-entered data, or completion of a deal after the auction. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss except as the law requires.

12. Changes during beta

We may amend these terms. The binding text is the version number and hash shown at acceptance. A later final release is a new published version.

13. Law

Laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Courts of the Kingdom have jurisdiction. Try support first.
