1. What shor is
Shor is a live-auction sale type. A shor price is set on the lot. If the high bid reaches that price (or the hall operator settles a shor per floor procedure) the sale does not close on the bidder alone; an approval request is created for the owner (or their representative).
This agreement describes that conditional sale. It does not guarantee that every shor lot will sell.
2. Shor price
The shor price is an internal reserve for a conditional knock-down. It is not shown to bidders. After a lot goes live, the owner also does not see internal sale/shor figures, to protect the auction.
3. Approval request
When the shor condition is met, a pending request appears for the owner in the app. The owner may accept or reject.
The currently advertised deadline is 24 hours. If the request is not handled in time it expires and that request does not complete a sale.
4. On acceptance
Owner acceptance completes the knock-down and closes that lot under the operating path (including moving to the next lot in a multi-lot event). `bidding` and the auction card then govern payment, title transfer and fees.
5. On rejection or expiry
Owner rejection or deadline expiry cancels that conditional request. The owner is not obliged to sell at the shor price. The bidder is not bound to a deal that was not accepted.
6. Related documents
`bidding` is the general auction rule-set. This agreement applies only to shor sale type. Listing the asset remains `vehicle-submission` or `plate-submission`.
