1. Scope

This agreement covers a request to list a Saudi distinctive plate for display or auction. The request is preliminary, not a final sale contract.

2. Your declarations

• The plate description and photos match reality.
• You have the legal right to submit as owner, delegate or agent.
• A non-owner attaches valid authorization.

3. Data and attachments

You must provide plate type (private / private transport / public transport), plate number, a minimum price greater than zero, a clear photo, a registration document, and ownership or authorization papers as applicable.

4. Review and listing

Admin reviews the request. Approval is not an automatic live listing. Listing is scheduled by the operator.

5. Fees

Same as vehicle listing: currently advertised operating fee SAR 100 + 15% VAT = SAR 115, non-refundable if charged. Collection during beta follows actual operations.

After listing, bidding follows `bidding` and the auction card. Shor-type lots also follow `shor-sale`.

6. Disclaimer

The platform is a technical intermediary. The plate is offered as described. Post-sale title transfer is the parties’ responsibility under applicable law and the auction card.
